Interesting, may be a case of Internet Doppelgänger? Anyway, "as a rule"
when you uninstall an application you do not lose any user data or
configuration files. That said I am not familiar with Franklin Covey and I
do not know that the application developers played by the rules. Also "as a
rule" if you right click, Properties, Advanced on your Personal Folders in
Outlook that will take you to the folder where Outlook data files are
stored. Again, I do not know that Franklin Covey plays by Outlook rules.
You should really talk to someone who is familiar with the Franklin Covey
application. Perhaps they have online support.
If you really, really cannot lose these files then you could make a system
partition backup. In the most likely case after you reinstall with
Enterprise everything will be well, but I don't think anyone can guarantee
this.
It appears from your posts that you may already have all the necessary
functionality that your university wants you to have. Are you sure that
installing Enterprise is really necessary?

Earle, my name may sound familiar, however it is not me. I am sure you
are
answering many questions and have heard from a lot of people who sound the
same. I have never posted this question before here or elsewhere. The
other
day you told me that personal files wont be deleted. how can I save
additional information from my outlook ie. contacts, appts, e-mail files
ect.
and make sure that I do not loose these when I uninstall outlook before
reinstalling. I can not loose my client files that are tracked by
franklin
covey through outlook. If you know of a similar post please direct me to
it
so I can follow those directions.
Thank you

One of the things that is really going to help you with that degree is
the
ability to follow directions. Now go check "your first post on the other
group", wherever that is, and follow the suggestions posted there.
Brian Speer, sounds familiar.
Earle
I never posted a question before this is my first one. Why not answer
it
instead of making accusations I don't want to waste anyones time, I am
just
looking for one answer. Sorry if I am not as up to date as you are on
these
things. I am just an average guy trying to go back and get a degree.

Sigh;
That Q has allready been answered in your first post on the other
group.
Why not read the answer before posting again, and wasteing every ones
time
Update, I have checked the files in the uninstall program from the
control
panel and found that my computer also has office pro installed on
it.
I
was
unaware of this. It must have been on the computer when I purchased
it.
I
bought used from a friend of mine who had it for about 4 months. I
asked
him
and he no longer has the key code for the software. So now it looks
as
though I will have to uninstall both programs, but I still don't
want
to
loose any of my outlook files and folders. I have outlook enhanced
by
franklin covey plan plus software. which is keeping track of all of
my
clients for me.

Home and Student does not include Outlook. Which version of

How can I stop from loosing my info?
