Installing every time Word is opened

I have a user whos computer, every time you open Word (just word) no other
Office aps, it does the "Preparing to install" routine. What is the cause of
this problem and how do I get rid of it?

Do you use more than one version of Word? What version of Word are you
using? Are you logged on using an Administrator account?
