installing everytime i open

have Vista, installed Office home and student 2007, had problems with
starting excel and word each time i start the program it would run the setup
configuration again. I bought Office 2007 professional and installed that
hoping it would fix the problem but it didn;t. So before i had outlook 2003
but now have outlook 2007 but each email that comes it also runs the "Please
wait while Windows configues Microsoft Office" then gathering info etc.

When i start Excel each day i also get a warning stdole32.tlb with only an
option to OK it?

Help it al works but it is not setup correctly what have i done?

Do you mean that Windows Installer runs every time you open an Office app.
