Installing Excel XP and Office 2003

Because of a compatibility issue with Excel 2003 and
wanting to be at the newest version possible, I have been
tasked to create an install that installs Office 2003
with Excel XP. I have separate installs running from
command line but when either program is installed over
the top of the other then Excel is either completely
removed or not installed at all. Many of the shared
components are also messed up. Does anyone know if this
can be done (automated)?
