Installing Excell 2000 on XP platform

I have Excell 2000 which I originally bought for my now
old Computer which was running Windows 98SE.

I now have a new computer which uses XP. Can I install
my Excell 2000 on this computer without problems? Is it
compatable?

No problems anticipated unless the original Excel 2000 came with the old
computer as an OEM installation.

In that case it would be for that computer only with no transferable licence.

If you bought Excel later and have the CD, go for it.
