Installing fonts. Are they on CD?

Hi

I have a friend who is Swedish but lives abroad.

His computer doesn't seem to have Swedish fonts as an e book displayed some
vowels with accents badly.

How do I install Swedish fonts onto his computer?

Are they always on the original CD or does it depend on the country where
the CD was bought

If not, can I just download a set over the NET and that will do the trick?$

I think I know the install procedure otherwise.
