Installing FP 02 upgrade on new machine

I am trying to installing 2002 upgrade on a new laptop. Previously I had V1.1
on my old laptop and upgraded to 02 with no problems. On this new XP machine
it says it cannot find a qualifying product even though I have already
installed and ran V1.1. The package for 2002 clearly indicats that V1.1 is a
qualifying product. Any suggestions?

Try putting the old disk in the drive, point the install program to
it.

Thanks for the reply.
The old program is on floppies. The new machine didn't have a floppy draive
so I copied all of the floppies onto a CD using another computer. I have also
tried putting the CD I made into the draive and pointing to it but it still
can not find a qualifying product. I also completely installed V1.1 and ran
it just to make sure it was installed okay.

You could use Works CD as a qualifying product. For example, for FP
2003, I used Works 8.0 CD but I could have used any version above 6.0.

If this is not possible (because you don't have Works CD) then try
installing the old product from the CD you have made.

Are you sure you have allowed the system to browse all the folders
created on your CD? Also, what was the version of the old program you
are trying to use as a qualifying product. It is likely, that version
is not a qualifying product.
