Installing FP 2000 with Office97

Is there any problem to install FrontPage 2000 on my PC running Office97?

I use MSN as my ISP and believe they will allow me to build my own Website
on their server.

My computer has Windows 95b (osr2) with 64MB RAM, 200MMX processor, Diamond
Stealth 3D 2000 turbo (4MB) display card, Sound Blaster 16/AWE-32 sound
card, HP CD-writer 9100 and USR 56K DUN1.4 dialup connection. I have almost
5GB of HD storage available. HP ScanJet 5300c scanner attached. MS
Publisher version 3.0 for W95 installed.

I do not plan on upgrading my system but want to install software to build
my own Website.

Any advise for a newbee at Website design is greatly appreciated. Thanks,
