Installing FrontPage 2003 on Vista machine

When I try to install 2003 on my new Dell Inspiron w/Vista i get a message
that I can only load it on Windows 2000 or XP after I have put in my Product
Key.

How do I load Front Page on my new computer?

Front Page has already been replaced and will not be supported..
