Installing full version of Office 2006 SB over Office XP SB

I bought a full version of Office 2006 Small Business, and want to replace my
Office XP Small business. Do I just install right on top and expect old data
to transfer, or is there a backup and export process I need to follow?

Hi Eddie,

Before you replace Office XP, please be sure it's an Office Product Suite that you have.

Office 2006 Small Business Accounting (SBA)

is part of the Microsoft Office Family of Products but it is not one of the Office Suites. The current MS Office Product Suites are
the 2003 versions, including MS Office Small Business Edition
