Installing Home/Student Office 2007

I have been trying to install the above with no luck. I reach a certain pint
& PC tells me Proofing.en.us/Proof.es\Proof.cab is not there. Where do I
find it, where do I get it, & what do I do with it? I am lost. Please Make
it simple. Thank you
