Installing IE to Onenote

JERRY

Does it have any adverse affect if one installs the toy IE to OneNote when
on line, or should it be done when offline? I have installed it three
different times and can't get the icon to appear at the top of the IE page.
Thanks for any help here

Your problem has nothing to do with what you did, it is a bug in the
powertoy. The icon is there, you just can't see it. If you look at your
toolbar, you will see a space between your icons. That space is the IE
onenote powertoy. You can click on it, and it does work.

Yes, somebody definitely did not test this powertoy before releasing it.
The IE pages gets placed in a main section called "web clippings".

Power Toys come from people who create something "neat" and they do get
preliminary testing at Microsoft, even though they're NOT Microsoft
products. Note the disclaimer on each one.
