Installing Japanese IME for Office XP

Hi all.

I wish to install the Japanese IME for Office XP. I've
downloaded the file (imejpn.exe), but when I attempt to
install it I get an error stating "You are missing a
component from Office XP. Please refer to the download
website to confirm."

What does this mean? Which download site is it talking
about? What component am I missing?

Secondly, I also wish to display Japanese text in IE6. I
assume I've already downloaded the Language Display
Support which appears when you visit a Japanese site, as
the install pop-up no longer appears. However, whenever I
visit a Japanese site I still get the garbled gibberiih
instead of Japanese text. Will the IME fix this?

Lastly, will the IME allow me to input and send Japanese
text in Hotmail, rather than Outlook(assuming the receiver
can read it)?

Thanks in advance for any help. I could really use a quick
fix for this, as I need to send out some Japanese-written
e-mails very soon.
