A colleague of mine in Hong Kong sent me an e-mail. When I opened it it asked
me to install Chinese Language capability. I stupidly said yes but as it
happened I didn't need it - all e-mail was in English. Now every time I
start my computer or Outlook the machine starts installing the add-in - I
have to cancel it every time. How can I stop it trying to install?
