Installing Microsoft® Windows® Script 5.6 for office.

I downloaded above Script and Installed on my computer. I want to use regexp
objects and its properties for my outlook programming. I selected the check
box for all the script 5.6 reference to the object library. I can see the
methods
and properties in the Object Browser. But I can't get help link or the
objects
workable in my codes. I get error Object required (Error 424). Any idea?
