Installing: Microsoft Access Feature

I get the Message "Installing: Microsoft Access Feature" about 80% o
the time when I launch MS Access. Any ideas? I am using MS Acces
2002 SP-1.

In addition, I also get the "Installing MS Office XP with Frontpage
dialog everytime I launch Visual Studio .NET 2003


Why, oh why can't Microsoft fix their Windows Installer problems??
