Installing Microsoft Office on Several Systems

Hi I'm a student and have a Student version of Microsoft Office
Enterprise(special offer for students). My friend does not have Office and I
was wondering, if I could lend him my disc. I don't know whether the version
is multiple user or not but I think it is only one license. If my friend
installs it on his PC and uninstalls it after he's finished using it, can I
still install it on a new system afterwards(i have not used the disc yet)? Or
will Microsoft record the identification of his PC and assign the license to
his and only his PC, rendering it useless in future?

Yes he can install it. There is no need to activate it because he can
use it a minimum of 25 times or sometimes 30 days. Did you know that
your friend can still download a 60 day trial version from here:

<http://trial.trymicrosoftoffice.com/trialukireland/default.aspx>

Also, the beta of Office 2010 is still available from Microsoft website
<http://www.microsoft.com/office/2010/en/default.aspx> that is valid
until end of september. You may not know but Office 2010 would be on
general release pretty soon because we have already downloaded our copy
from MSDN website.
