Installing Microsoft Office when there is a trial version installe

I recently had my lap top serviced at the manufacturers representative in
Kuala Lumpur and asked that they simultaneously install the Microsoft Office
2007 Home and Student program that I had just purchased. When I got the
computer back I found that there was a full (professional) already installed
on a trial basis -- 60 days. I would like to know just what to do when that
trial expires i.e. will I have problems installing the program I purchased
when there is already a different version installed on the computer. And,
also, just what should I do to install the program I purchased at that point.

Any helpful advice will be greatly appreciated.

You need to uninstall all versions of Microsoft Office via the Add/Remove
dialogue, including any Activation Assistant. Then reboot your PC, before
then installing your purchased edition from the cd
