Installing microsoft Outlook

How do i confiture Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 on my new computer (windows
7), i tried but i can only send emails, I don't receive them, it asks for a
password and i type it and it says that's not the correct password but it is.

What type of account (POP3, IMAP, or Microsoft Exchange) did you setup?

Do you have any type of 3rd party security (antivirus, antispam, .etc)
program installed that can scan POP3 email as it is downloaded?

If this is a new computer, did you try any of the transfer utilities that
move data/settings from the old computer to the new one?
