Installing MS Bookshelf 1995 into new system w/Office XP

I have a new (july 2003) PC with MS Office XP Small Bus.
ed.(OEM-Dell). I want to intall MS Bookshelf 1995 from
the CD MS Office Professional ver. 7.0/Bookshelf 1995 ed.
(OEM) that I have from my prior PC which had a
nonrecoverable hard drive crash. I do NOT want to have to
install the entire Office 1995 application -- only
Bookshelf -- but this doesn't seem to be an install
option on the CD.
Can this be done? If so,how? Any problems associated with
doing this? Thanks.

I cannot answer your question exactly, but let me suggest an alternative.
Go to this web site http://www.computersworth.com/item.cfm?SKU=PW3019 this
should take you to Computers Worth a mail order site. They sell Book Shelf
2000 for 14 dollars. Not really a bad price. If (when) you get it simply
copy the entire CD to a folder (such as BookShelfCD)on to your hard drive,
then run setup or install from that folder. That way you won't need to
insert the CD when you need or use the info. It will even insert a Book
Shelf icon into Word so you can access it inside Word. By the way I think
Book Shelf 2000 was the last issue of this neat program. Good Luck, hope
