Installing MS Office on a new computer

My old computer died, and I am trying to installed my Office 2003 Pro on
another computer. My startup disk isn't working right. Is there a way to get
a new disk? Also is there a way to find out my Product ID by searching the
hard drive?

Is Office a retail version or was it included when you purchased the old PC?

What is meant by 'start up disk isnt working right'

There are a number of key finders, but they search the C drive registry, so
I'm unsure if they could be directed to search your old drive, if working,
and connected as slave on the new PC

Thanks for your help, it is a retail version. I still have the key on the CD
cover. I was looking for the Product ID because I needed it to get official
support from Microsoft without paying for it, but since my other computer
crashed I only have the hard drive files. The start up disk is all scratched,
and it can't find all the files on the CD. It says that "blank" file is not
found, make sure the disk is in. I tried copying the start up CD onto the
hard drive, but again it can't read all the files.
