Installing MS Project and WSS

I need to install WSS (Sharepoint Services) and MS Project into one server.
When I went thru the procedure, I found from a book that the first step of
installation is creating an OLAP and WSS Account.
When I tried to create a WSS Account, I found that there is no Local Users
and Groups option under Computer Management.
Without this option how do I proceed?

Hi Meena,

Is the server that you are installing WSS And Project Server also a
domain controller (DC)? If so, then I would advise you not to install on
the DC as it is a potential security risk.

But what you could do is install Microsoft Virtual Server on the domain
controller and then create virtual server to install WSS And Project
Server. Just as long as you have the hardware resources (RAM, CPU, Hard
Disk, etc.) on your domain controller.

Here's a link to the Virtual Server Technical Resources

If you have any additional questions, feel free to just ask

Cheers,
