Can I install Ms Project Server & Share Point Server on ONE computer ?

Yes you can, but be mindful of performance especially if you will be
configuring index & search. Use a DNS Alias for the web application, so as
to make scaling out easier if required.

I need your assitance, i am trying to isntall Project server 2007 over Win
2008 server. tell me on thing i need to install WSS 3.0 first or its included
in the Proejct server 2007, i dont need to install it seprately? WSS 3.0 is
part of the Project Server 2007 or not?

Taken directly from various TechNet articles: "It is important to note that
because Office Project Server 2007 is built on Windows SharePoint Services
3.0, the requirements that apply to Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 also
apply to Office Project Server 2007."

My experience is that you need to first install and configure WSS 3.0 before
installing MOPS 2007, even in a stand-alone (or single-server farm)
environment. The same approach applies to the July Infrastructure Update -
apply first the WSS 3.0 IU, then the MOPS 2007 IU.

WSS is included in the PS2007 installation files, so don't run it as a
seperate setup. The Sharepoint\WSS component will have to be configured
before provisioning an instance of project server.
