Two Part Question:
We have three new laptops with OEM Office 2007 installed. Can the people
receiving them transfer their Office 2003 settings, templates, dictionaries,
etc. from their old machines to the new? (All are running XP.)
Other people are keeping current machines running XP. I purchased FULL
VERSION copies of Office 2007 instead of upgrades to their current OEM Office
2003 so we can move the software with them as we upgrade their machines over
next 24 months. Since I am installing new versions instead of upgrading, how
can they transfer their Office 2003 settings, templates, dictionaries, etc.?
Must I uninstall Outlook 2003 first before installing 2007? Will everything
be saved? I assume I can keep Word and Excel 2003 since I had both running on
my computer when I used trial version. True? (I did not install the Outlook
trial.)
