Installing Office 2000 SP3 Update

I have Office 2000 installed on my computer and my
operating system is XP. Office updates tells me I need
to install Office 200 SP3 update but cannot. When I try
to install I get a message "This update cannot be
applied." I purchased my Office 2000 package through a
software house via my company. Does anyone know how I
can fix this?
