Installing Office 2000 Upgrade to New HD

I just installed a new hard drive because my old hard drive crash. When I
tried to install my Office 2000 upgrade version it asked me for a qualifying
product. Unfortunately I disposed of my previous Office 98 CD a long time
ago. Is there a way to install the Office 2000 upgrade version without
having a qualifying product? Would appreciate any help anyone may have.
