Installing Office 2000 w/Windows 2000 Pro

I just reformatted my harddrive and installed 2000 Pro for
the first time.

When I tried to install Office 2000, I get the following
error:

The procedure entry point llocateAndInitialSid could not
be located in the dynamic link library ADVAPI32.dll

I have also installed all the Service Packs, including 4.

Help!! Thanks!!

Disable your Antivirus protection during the install. Norton in particular
can be a very bothersome app when trying to install.

I'm not running any anti-virus protection yet...

Reason I said that is the the particular .dll is from Norton.
