Installing Office 2003 in Vista

I'm getting the familiar 'can't find *.cab' error when I attempt to install
my retail version of Office 2003 in Vista. In my case it's 'O0561401.cab'

There was no previous installation of any office program on this machine.
Listool does not run, says 'ose.exe' cannot be started. I have pointed the
computer to the cd location. I have copied the files to my hard drive and
pointed it to that location. No luck. If I run 'installer cleaner' it does
not show Office, so it's no help either.

Any other suggestions? I keep seeing the same ones, but they don't work.

I've looked at that already, it's not relevant as I have not installed Office
previous to this and there is no MSOcache folder.

Just installed on my old XP system and there was no problem. What does Vista
do differently?
