Installing Office 2003 over XP and 2000

I just installed Office 2003 and when I go back to
programs in Control Panel I see listing for Office 2000
Premium, Office 2003 Professional and Office XP Media
Content.

Is it safe to remove the Office 2000 (it's 185MB. And
what is Office XP Media Content? Is it safe to remove it.

I tried to get help from Microsoft, but was on hold for
over 30 minutes.

XP Media Content is the clipart that is now online. You can remove it. As
for the Premium Office, it is the FrontPage(Not included in 2003) and the
Photodraw (discontinued after 2000) that is still installed.
