Installing office 2003 pro cannot find SP3?

I am trying to install Office Pro 2003 to do this I need SP3 can only find
SP3 for Office 2000 should I download this instead? I already have SP2
(service pack2). Cheers.

Yes. Office 2003 requires that Windows 2000 be updated to at least SP 3.
The Office 2003 installer is detecting that you do not have Windows 2000 SP
3 and is telling you to install it.
