Installing Office 2007 Pro Plus over Office 2003 Pro SP3

Can I install 2007 over 2003 and keep my Visio?

Or will I need to remove 2003, Just install Visio and then reinstall 2007?

Uninstall everything except Visio and then install Office 2007 Pro Plus using the
Custom install option and checking off only what you want it to install
