installing office 2007 (upgrade)

I am trying to install an upgrade of office 2007 on our new computer. we keep
receiving a message that says we do not have a qualifying product...we do
(microsoft works). it is not recognizing the location on the C; drive. any
ideas on how we can complete the install? thanks!

This is a known issue.

You need to download and install this fix and then install Office 2007
