Installing Office on different pc.

My mother and I both have purchased Office XP Professional Special Edition.
I loaded mine on my desktop and laptop (according to the EULA), and she
loaded hers on her desktop, which means she can still load it on a laptop. I
have recently purchased a new laptop and will be giving her my old one. What
is the best way to get Office loaded on my new laptop? Use her existing
license on my new laptop, or uninstall it from my old one, and reload it on
the new one (activating it via phone call, and hope they understand I bought
a new laptop)?

CSRodriguez,
The legal way is to uninstall from old and install on new. Activate by phone
if you have to and explain what you did.
