Installing Office Small Business 2007 Upgrade

I have a new laptop with a 60 day trial version of Office Home and Student
2007. I want to install the Office Small Business 2007 Upgrade I bought.
Should I uninstall the trial Home and student before i install the upgrade,
or can I just install the upgrade. The trial version has not been activated.

The next problem will occur if you failed to retain the origonal qualifying
version cd
ie the version you upgraded from
