Installing Office Student Teacher Edition

M

Mary Anne

My new computer came with a trial of Office Small Business Edition 2003 which
expired in February. Yesterday, I purchased, on-line, Office Student Teacher
Edition 2003. I went to the expired trial Business Edition and tried to
activate the new one there. I received the message that I should check the
product key number again, Should I have deleted the trial? If so, then what?

JoAnn, I purchased it on-line from Microsoft Office and received a
Transaction number.
Thank you for replying so quickly.

You need to dump the trial version of SBE. Actually, you should uninstall
BOTH versions, then reinstall the STE.
