installing Office XP and Office 97

I am trying to install Office Xp on my new computer. I
have the software from my old computer and it does not
seem to want to install. It tells me that it is all
installed but it is nowhere to be found. I would also
like to install Access and Powerpoint from Office 97. I
have all of Office 97 installed now and would like to
delete Word, OUtlook, and Excel and put on Office XP. I
need help!!
