Installing Office XP on a new computer

My old laptop has died and not worth repairing.
I bought it with Office XP installed by IBM and I have the original CD's.
I have purchased a new laptop and want to install Office XP from the CD's.
What do I need to do to accomplish this and still have a valid registration?

A preinstalled (OEM) copy of Office is usually licensed only to the
computer that the computer manufacturer installed it on, and cannot be
transferred to any other computer. Read your Office XP End User License
Agreement. You probably won't be able to activate the software if you
try to install it on your new computer.

At this point, where can I find my EULA? The old computer is not working.

If Office came with the purchase of the old computer, it's OEM. Plus the CD
probably says something about being sold with a new computer (something
along that line).
