Installing Office XP on a new home computer

I just purchased a new computer and would like to install my Office XP (for
students and teachers) from my old computer to my new computer. I know that
there are security issues involved in doing this. I would like to know what
I need to do to make happen without creating any problems. Thanks for any
assistance with this.

You need to install OfficeXP from the original OfficeXP CD's, onto your new
computer. In that respect, it's no different from any other Office
installation.

The only things you would "copy" from the old computer, would be database
files (since this is restricted to an MS-Access newsgroup), and otherwise Word
and Excel user files, whatever.

Do not try copying Office from one computer to another. It needs installing,
not copying.
