Installing Office XP on W 2000 Platform

In the office XP setup I get an error message no 1335.
The cabinet file 'OFFICE1.CAB' REQUIRED FOR THIS
INSTLLATION IS CORRUPT AND CANNOT BE USED. tHIS COULD
INDICATE A NETWORK ERROR, AN ERROR READING FROM THE CD-
ROM, OR A PROBLEM WITH THIS PACKAGE.

ANY SUGGESTIONS?
