Installing Office XP onto a W2K advanced server

Is it still a recommendation to NOT install office
apps onto NT/W2K servers? We have had a few requests from
our users to install Office XP onto some servers but have
had some difficulties in the past after Office is
installed on the server. Thanks for any info.
