Installing Office XP

I recently had my laptop stolen which had Office XP pro with Publisher and
FrontPage installed. My question is when I install these onto a replacement
machine how will the registration work as my original installation will still
be registered.

Any help or suggestions would be gratefully received.

Insert the disk and install it. You may be required to activate by
telephone. Registration is voluntary and will not be affected.

(I am assuming you own a retail version of Office and not an OEM version.)

Hi, Adam,

If activation fails over the internet, use the Telephone Activation method
and explain the situation to the operator.
