Installing Office2000 on Windows NT4.0

I am trying to install Microsoft Office 2000 for Small
Business on a Windows MT computer.
When clicking on Quick Setup the message disappears, the
CD light is green then yellow and nothing happens, there
is no message on the screen.
When going through Start, Run, D:\setup (D is CDRW drive)
the drive light is green then yellow and nothing happens,
there is no message on the screen.
Since I don't even get an error I don't know where to
start to solve this problem. Help.
