I'm trying to install Office XP on my laptop after a
reformat and reinstall of Windows XP. I get a little way
into the installation process and then get error 25003
with a message saying my files are corrupt. I thought
perhaps the CD had become corrupt so I downloaded the
installation files from where I had it stored on another
computer (I'm travelling in another country...) and I
still get the same error message. I've tried all the
suggestions from the Microsoft site regarding this
message (e.g. clean boot) but nothing works. Any
suggestions?
