Installing old Grove account on new computer

My old laptop died (bad motherboard) and I want to install my Groove account
on my new laptop. I've been able to set up the account on my new laptop and
see the other users in our workspace, but none of the files will download.
We've tried to do everything that the help forums suggested but have had NO
success in getting the files onto my new laptop.

Any suggestions as to how we can proceed, if there is anyone I can reach by
telephone (Microsoft does have a few employees, yes???) for guidance, or any
further recommendations as to how to proceed would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Oh, were it only that easy.

We've tried to do this multiple times and one of two things happens:
1. The workspace does not download (it just says 'Downloading workspace'
and it never downloads)
2. Only a select few files actually download, and none of the other uses in
the workspace appear to be online (even though I know they are as they sit in
the desk next to me and I can see that they clearly are online)

We're tried everything suggested in the Help pages and this forum, but
nothing is working. As I pretty much rely on Groove to access the shared
files, I'm unable to do my job for hours at a time. Thanks, Groove-- you're
a really great, feature-rich product. If only those features actually worked.

Is there any kind of a help desk that I can call and actually talk with a
person? Our little company has over 15 Groove licenses but it seems as
though there isn't much of a support option available. How can a company as
large as Microsoft provide such marginal (at best) tech support for one of
its products?

Please advise.
