We finally gave up on getting our old laptop to work properly and just got
ourselves a new computer. The new PC has a 60-day trial version of Office
2007 already installed on it. I've tried out 2007 before and DO NOT LIKE IT!
I much prefer my old Office 2003 Student/Teacher edition. I still have the
install disk from our old laptop and would like to put it on the new PC.
Is this possible? I have the product key with my disk, but am I allowed to
install it on my new machine--license-count-wise? What issues will I run into
with the 60-day trial that's already installed--getting it out of the way to
install the older version?
Trying to get my answers now before running into problems. Thanks!
