Installing onenote on an AT&T Tilt smartphone

My old AT&T smartphone (8125) was replaced with a new model AT&T Tilt phone.
Onenote worked great on my old phone but I am unable to get it to install on
my new phone with windows mobil device center. Can anyone suggest something
to assist. It shows up in the program but does not allow program to be
checked for installation.

I followed what you suggested and this is the error message screen that poped
up,
Application manager cannot install this application on your mobile device
due to invalid setup file. Reinstall and try again.
Do I need to delete my mobile and reinstall it from scratch? Thank you
