Installing OneNote2007 Beta2 (or not)

Upgrading a well used OneNote 2003 installation logged on with admin
privileges and hitting a 1303 "Setup cannot access folder C:\config.msi.
Verify that folder exists and that you have rights to update it" message.
Seems to take a long time for install process to work and it.

Same result whether you take the default installation route or the custom
route

Followed the process through three or four times and eventually the
installation worked and I'm now up and running and converted from 2003 - good
stuff although I must get to upgrading my Outlook for the interoperabliity
features.
