Installing Outlook 2002 onto Windows 2000 Professional

We have a stand-alone version of Outlook 2002 that I am
trying to install onto a machine running Win2000
professional. I log in as Administrator first, then I get
past the enter product key and user information. When it
gets to actually installing it, I get an error
message: "Error 1926. Could not set file security for
file 'C:\config.msi\'. Error: 5. Verify that you have
sufficient privileges to modify the security permission
for this file."
