Installing Outlook 2002

I tried to install a copy of Outlook 2002 supplied with a
pocket PC but there seems no way to launch the
application. Medion tells me this is bacause i have
Outlook express and i would need to uninstall both
applications and then reinstall Outlook 2002.

This seems illogical - can anyone provide a better
solution?
