Installing Outlook 2003 in place of OL 2002

Do I need to uninstall Outlook 2002 before installing
Outlook 2003? And, if so, will I lose any of my Outlook
2002 data when I do so?
I have a Windows XP Prof. System with Office XP installed
containing Outlook 2002.
Thanks, in advance, for any advice given.

As you may be able to detect, I have been bitten several times and am somewhat gunshy. After installing Outlook 2003 do I need to do anything with Outlook 2002 or is it taken care of automatically
Thanks, once again Sue, for your prompt reply

Installing Outlook 2003 automatically removes any previous version of
Outlook, since they cannot coexist.
